HOW
TO ORDER
Order
securely through my online shopping cart. Add items to
your cart by clicking the “add to cart” buttons.
To view the items in your cart and/or checkout, click
the “view cart” link. Your
credit card details are not kept on file, or printed for
your security. Please make sure you
enter your name and address into the shopping cart exactly
the way it appears on your credit card statement.
Your order will be delayed if you do not
provide the exact
credit card statement billing address and name in your
shopping cart.
Once
you have placed your order using your Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, or your PayPal account, you
will receive an order confirmation email, provided you
have entered your email address.
You
may also send me an email at
lindseysjewelry@hotmail.com
if you prefer not to purchase your items online.
Please provide me with all item details (item name, color,
size, etc.) along with a telephone number and/or email
address where I can reach you in case of any questions.
You may
make your payment via personal check or you can opt to receive an
invoice via email in which you may securely use a credit card or your
PayPal account.
I am not able to accept credit card numbers
via telephone at this time.

Express, Discover, & PayPal. I do not
accept money orders due to high percentage of scams.
I will only accept cash
payments from local
customers who contact me for
free personal
delivery.

checks will be cleared before I create your custom jewelry
and/or ship your item(s). If you are paying by
personal check, I require to have your full name that is
on your check and your address. All bad checks will
require a $25 fee.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY
I
ship all orders when payment is received or successfully
processed. When ordering online please be sure the billing
address you've entered is the same as your credit card
billing address. Orders cannot be processed if these do
not match. Shipping is $5 for all items,
however, if you need an item shipped quickly, please
include that in the comment section of the checkout page. Items are usually shipped within 7-10 business days. Most
of our items are made to order and take time to customize
for you!
If
you live in Mars, PA or
surrounding areas, please
contact

if you would prefer free
personal delivery. I
reserve the right to decline
your request based on
distance or safety reasons.
FREE
Shipping:
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $100.00.
(Excludes International orders, & U.S. Express Mail
delivery orders)
International Shipping:
Please
inquire BEFORE placing
your order for a shipping quote.
Delivery:
No
order will be shipped out until your credit card payment
has processed. This can take up to three business
days.
You will be notified by myself
personally via email when your order has shipped.
You
will be kept in constant contact via email on the status
of your order and when I shipped it out. I will
notify you when I receive your payment, when I ship your
order, and all questions will be answered quickly.
If
you require a rush order I will do my best to ship as
quickly as possible.

of the items seen on this website are
one-of-a-kind and only one
will be in stock.
If you have a question
on any item (size, materials, closings, etc.), or would
like to request a special item, please feel free to

me. Any pearl or crystal items you see on my
website can be customized according to your
color
preferences. Please make any special requests, jewelry
lengths, or crystal or pearl requests in the appropriate box provided upon
checkout.

SOLD
ITEMS
If you see a SOLD item that you like, I can
usually make another similar piece, so please
contact
me and let me know what you would like. If you'd like
a certain design made with a different gemstone, or color,
contact
me
and I will let you know the cost and how long it will take
to complete.

REFUND
POLICY
All
items are returnable for credit or refund (less shipping)
if returned in original condition within 30 days of
receipt of shipment. If you paid by credit card, I will
credit your account. If you paid by check, I will issue a
check. Please
contact

before returning an item.
Each item on the website has detailed descriptions and
pictures, if you need any more information on an item
before you decide to purchase it, feel free to
contact
me.
If your jewelry should ever break,
just return it to me (with all of its original
pieces), and I will fix it for you. This is good for a
lifetime and all you ever pay is shipping.
Please send me an
email
notifying me before sending the jewelry back to me. I will return any items sent to me without notification.
Please return all
parts of the broken jewelry.
